Hey guys, Hello from San Diego where it's sunny and 79degs. Hope its as nice back home as it is out here.

Anyway, I am in the process of organizing a metal casting meetup for all metal casters, blacksmiths and metalsmiths in the area for sometime in the near future and would like to invite any of our makerspace folks to join us if you are interested. Also will try to get anyone who comes to the meetup to join our group as well. I already have some interest from guys in down in Brevard and over in Clyde. My thought is to do it somewhere that we can bring our furnaces and sand molds and do a little casting and trade secrets and learn from each other. Let me know if anyone has any interest.
