Professional tour operator is looking for experienced booking manager

The role comprises standard booking procedures, inquiries for availability and reservations with suppliers such as hotels, airlines and transfer companies. From time to time it will be expected to do quotes.

 

The booking manager should be outgoing, communicative, meticulous and with a very good eye for detail. It is expected that you have working experience with the Office package (word, excel, outlook)

Work days are Monday - Friday with potentially half a day of work on Saturday in high season

3 years minimum experience in the travel industry is expected

Fluent English written and spoken, Swahili is an added advantage
