If you are coming to Arusha to work/volunteer for a few months or longer, and are looking for a welcoming house and just want to move in with no hassle, then this could be for you!

Situated on the top of Themi Hill, a safe residential neighborhood, the house has direct view of Mount Meru and a beautiful garden, yet is a few minutes drive away from Impala roundabout and Njiro Complex.

*Bedroom* with double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of built-in cupboard space. Large windows with curtains, mosquito net and en suite bathroom.

Excellent hot water supply. All bedding and towels provided.
 Living room with fireplace, sofas on the terrace, chairs and tables in the garden.

Kitchen has oven, kettle, stove, fridge, blender and your own cupboard space. All cutlery, plates, cups, cooking equipment for use. Clothes will be washed and ironed. Bedding and towels provided.

*Small house* has living/dining room, office (can be used as a single bedroom), American kitchen, bathroom with excellent hot water pressure and bathtub, double bedroom with brand new mattress, parking. Ideal for a couple or 2 friends.

It is on the Ibuka Dance Foundation grounds, which is a great way to socialize with an interesting International mix of people and stay in shape. You can get as involved or as little as you like; it is possible to keep your privacy and have it as a dynamic entourage.

 Access to all dance and yoga classes free of charge! / big discount at our bar on all drinks/ local daily lunch included (can be kept for you in a tupperware for dinner if you work away from home) /little guest room for friend and family who come to visit you.

Price per month for the room: 300USD including gardener, night guard, cook, cleaner, cooking gas, water and electricity. 1 month deposit required. Available immediately.

Price per month for the small house 450USD including gardener, night guard, cook, cleaner, cooking gas, water and electricity. 1 month deposit required. Available immediately until 1 February 2017
