*LIC agent since 1985. Became LIC agent at age 18.
*40,000 Policyholder till today.
*700 new policies per year.
*Even today I wake up early to meet new people.
*Do more activities…call and ask for cheque.
*Average salesperson only works for 90 minutes in a day (when he is in front of customer or calling him)
*We have to call..no alternative.
* Spend more time in market. Go into the field. Become a Race Horse.
*Do what you do best and delegate the rest.
*I take 4 long holidays in a year, 15 days each.
*Money spend on my staff is investment
*My secretary salary: 50,000 per month
*My Manager Salary: 1,00000 per month
*Invest as much as you can in your staff.
*Training I attend

*Increase Customer base
*Prospect ‘UP’
*No successful agent goes to office. Delegate as much as you can
*Prosperity comes from prospecting only.
*Most productive time of the day is 8 to 10 in the morning. You can sell anything during this time.
*Successful People work for 12 hours per day.
*MDRT agents spend 68% of their time in-front of their prospects
*COT agents spend 72% of their time in-front of their prospects
*TOT agent spends 78% of their time in-front of prospect.
*Health comes from good habits
*Wealth comes from good work Habits
*We have to do unpleasant things
*I only sleep on Sunday Afternoon and then study.
*Customer knows more than you. Tell him everything. He is ready, we are not.
*Hame problem hai LIC se, customer ko koi problem nahi LIC se.
*Servicing should not be Agent’s Job. Only Selling is Agent’s job. Delegate servicing to your employees.
*100 people are associated with me today. I pay salaries in crores.
*Run away from all negativity. All your friend, relatives, nobody wants you to be successful but your family and your Development Officer. Work so much that everybody will be jealous of you.
*I sell some 700 policies per year and I have to meet 7000 people for that.
6837 calls I have done last year.
*Whatsapp is not our activity. I have no whatsapp in my mobile but my assistant ha s it and he uses it for me.
*These are all destructive activities. Facebook, whats up are all unproductive things.
*We have to sit in-front of customer, that is our job.
*Pehle log mujhe waqt nahi dete the aur aj client ke bacche bolte hai ki mereko Bharat Parekh banana hai.
*Apne liye log tali bajae aisa kaam karo dosto.
*You have to meet regularly to customer. You have to do it. Mai apne client ko khud call karke birthday wish karta hun.
*Relationship equals money in this profession.
*We are into business of settling claims. It is our moral responsibility to sell adequate insurance.
*Appoint atleast one person and delegate him responsibility.
*“Par Dhanda apnekohi lana padta hai. Wo delegate nahi hota“
*My office is rented. My office is not Hi-Fi. I believe that you don’t need any office in this profession for yourself. Office is the most unproductive place for an agent. Koi kharcha mat karo office pe.
*But you have to provide good working atmosphere for your staff. Give all facilities to your staff but don’t sit yourself in office. I do not visit more than 2 times in a week to my own office.
Jo plan band ho gaya, ho gaya…palat ke mat dekho. pehle acche plan the, abhi acche plan nahi hai aisa kyun kehte ho? Plan is secondary.
*Habits aisi banao ki maza aa jaye.
*Agar kisi ladki ko propose karna hai, to ek policy becho aur chale jao. Isse accha Aanand kahi nahi aata….
*Karke mai itni policy bechta hunLIC doesn’t need money. It is we who need money.
Roj Call karo, Roj prospecting karo.
