repeating notifications

I just switched my quest notification from "alert box" to "top banner" and now it is repeating the new quest notification many many times.....weird. I've restarted the game and tried two different devices with two different player log ins and it's the same behavior. I'm using the beta editor on a legacy game that I've converted to ARIS 2.

So..I went in again and changed all quest notifications to "none" and I'm still getting an infinite loop of new quest top banner notifications....

On a whim, I switched back to the production editor and tweaked the quest notifications settings in there...and they seemed to stick.  So maybe there is an issue with quest settings "sticking" in the beta editor?

I wonder if this is connected to the "Network" type in the game settings in the beta editor. All the games now default to "smart cloud" but I've see some problems with factories and such halfway appearing over and over. Try the other options, and see if anything changes?

Hmmm...not sure. I was on wifi while I was playing and didn't tweak the network game settings...yet it resolved itself after I switched to the vanilla editor and reset the notifications.
