Problems when install ARCSWAT in VISTA

Hi all,

Is there anyone successfully install ARCSWAT in windows vista system? When i try to install, it said "Access to the registry key "HKEY_CLASSES_RROT\Component Categories" is denied."  And when i click ok, it said "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869."

I am using Windows vista, ARCGIS9.3 and I checked Microsoft .Net Framework's version is 3.5 not 2.0. But the system don't allow me to install a V2.0 it said this software has been installed.

Any help is appricaite.

My English is very poor,so I can just describe the solution as follow:
right click the SWAT_Install.msi
choose the properties
choose Compatibility
choose "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
choose "previous version of windows"
then click "OK"
That is the way how I did,I am not sure it will work,but it worth to
try.
