HRU-map?

Hi all,

I was just wondering the best way to create an HRU level map of SWAT output say water yield, sediment or nutrient. I know vizSWAT can do it if you run the model from the interface.

Any suggestion in this regard is appreciated.

Hi Rajith,

You can find the method to identify the spatial location of HRU in the paper published in Hydrological Processes,  which is available at:
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/hyp.8066/full

You can follow it to do the HRU delination using the LandUse map, subbasins map, soil map plus slope map. Although in this paper, slope map was not used as the AvSWAT was used, the method is the same to include the slope map.
