Centrifuge machine

I'm looking for a small new or used centrifuge machine to use at a local spa. 

Any leads will be appreciated.

Why does a spa need a centrifuge? 

Also, keep an eye out here, they have that sort of thing from time to time.

There's a beauty treatment called Plasma Rich Platelets, where a nurse draws the patients blood, the blood is processed through the centrifuge to separate blood from platelets and these are injected  it back to the patient in the areas where skin regeneration might be needed. 

I figured since the group has many members maybe one would know about a new or used machine.

They have already bought a machine online.  I appreciate the group taking time to read this message.
