Internet is down

The Internet at AR is down. Is there anything I should attempt to reset?

It was down last night.  We hit the limit on the hotspot that was being used.  It's basically tether your phone as a hotspot, or make friends with someone who has a hotspot until we get proper internet installed (which is being worked on).
