I have an acquaintance who is seeking a gloss meter.
I had to ask, so:
"A gloss meter is an instrument that measures the reflection of light off a surface at single (or multiple) angles."
He would like to borrow it to measure a few items, presumably by bringing them to Arch Reactor and taking the measurements there.
