Visit to Hackerspace.gr (Athens, Greece)

I've been in Greece all this week, so I took the opportunity to stop in tonight and see their local hackerspace. They have regular meetings every Tuesday, and the first Tuesday of every month is their business meeting. (Deja Vu...)

I talked to a few of their members, as well as some German tourists who happened to be visiting at the same time. They've got some neat projects, but by far the coolest is the satellite work they're doing. They've worked with the local university to launch a cube sat, and built an open source ground control system for satellites SatNOGS (https://satnogs.org/).

Ahh wow.. I had not seen that before.  I posted before i made it to the one with the Hand popping in, and Prior to that i thought my eyes were just Freaking out.
