I am a parent who has been put in charge of running a long-standing "Math and Science Fun Night" event at our local elementary school. The event is much like an interactive science fair, with demonstration groups as well as tables running interactive science experiments. Participants wander and find what is interesting to them. I am only becoming familiar with your organization now and apologize for not knowing better how to reach out. I wonder if this event is something you might like to participate with in some format? Our PTO has funds for (modest) contributions to organizations. Thanks so much!

You could invite a high school robotics teams, I find they make interesting and popular science night participants.

IS there anyone who would be interested in coming with a Rube Goldberg device to demonstrate? We are able to pay a small stipend.

Where is the school located? If it's near one of our members they might be more likely to volunteer. Unfortunately I'm a stretched a little too thinly right now to commit to much

We currently are spread really thin and have had to turn down invitations to other events. When is this event?

Thanks everyone for your responses.  Morgan contacted me and I think we'll work from there to see if any possibilities for collaboration exist.  Thanks again!
