Tile Idea for someone to develop (Solid State Stirling Engine)

This would be either a 1x1 ,1x2, 2x2 tile.  It would work best when the phone is in your pocket with screen facing you.  It would work at very low temperature difference between the hot and cold side.  This would allow the phone to slow charge when not in use and in your pocket.  It could also slow the drain on the battery and allow the battery to last longer.
