Unicode character 2BC3

The Unicode character linked below did not display in:

Aquamacs 3.2 GNU Emacs 24.4.51.2

(x86_64-apple-darwin14.0.0, NS apple-appkit-1343.14)

 of 2014-11-07 (Aquamacs-3.2) on watson.local

I believe there are others as well from the symbols range.  Are there any quick fixes?
