Commenting in Python in latest build

I'm using the latest nightly build, and I noticed something off about the Python mode:

1.  Didn't ^C^# used to allow for commenting/uncommenting code?  Now I get undefined

2.  There's no quick commenting/uncommenting in the Python pull down menu.

3.  The Python->Edit->Comment commands give errors like:
