Student GMAIL to Exchange 2010 teacher domain

IS there routing setting for GAFE student OU or main GAFE Domain to allow outside mail from @elmwoodschools.org outside IP address?

Our teachers still use exchange and would like to email to their students gmail account without using their teacher gmail.

For HS Students and MS Students this would be only domain I would whitelist and accept mail from.
