We'd like people to submit a form.
On submission, a spreadsheet template we have is COPIED, and shared with Edit access to the email address in one of the form fields.
Kind of like how Autocrat can create a document from a template, but in this scenario, just generating a spreadsheet from a template. And sharing it.

I thought autocrat can use a spreadsheet as a template also.

Hi Jesse,
I have been working with Jen Hegna in By Ron to build the back end if a peronalized pd system fir Byron teachers. We are using Google forms and sheets for staff to document and track their progress. We use autocrat and a spreadsheet template to generate monthly badge reporrs for each teacher. We have had some requests from other districts to show and tell on thi, so we will be doing a GHO On Monday at 11. You are welcome to hop on if you want.
