AppScale 2.3.1 Release

Hi all,

Today we are releasing AppScale 2.3.1. This release is a hot fix for a critical bug in AppScale Tools that was affecting virtualized cluster setups. On appscale down the secret keys would be deleted on the AppScale Tools side but would remain on the AppScale side. As a result, the deployment would not come up again.

Make sure you upgrade your deployments to latest and greatest by either getting the new images/source code from downloads.appscale.com or by updating your VMs like so.
