I have appscale running on one computer sever. This day, it stops to serve and cannot even be restarted.

I have run the following command to try to restart appscale, but failed.

(Login as root)
$appscale down    (OK)
$appscale up   (OK)
$appscale status

    Status of node at 10.30.51.154:
Currently using 69.00 Percent CPU and 2.00 Percent Memory
Hard disk is 31 Percent full
Is currently: load_balancer, taskqueue_master, zookeeper, db_master, taskqueue, memcache, shadow, login, appengine
    Database is at not-up-yet
    Is in cloud: cloud1
    Current State: AppController just started
    Hosting the following apps: none
View status information about your AppScale deployment at http://10.30.51.154:1080/status

Then I run the following coe and got the error information.

$appscale deploy CodeFolder/

Exception when checking if a user exists: Request to check if user exists timed out.
Backing off and trying again.

P.S.
version of appscale: 2.9

Could anyone give me a hint on how to solve this problem?

During the call that times out, the controller is requesting user information from the UserAppServer. Are there any error messages in /var/log/appscale/controller-17443.log or /var/log/appscale/uaserver-4342.log?
