Issue regarding "Other Methods"

For one of the .h files that are used to generate a docset, I haven't tested other files, I get the title which says "Other Methods" and the methods within all those main bullet points are not in the correct location. But if I were to copy all the methods, protocols, interface, etc from that source and put it into another .h file in a different project, it generates just fine. What could possibly be the issue?
