How do we document Const and defines

Hi, 

How do we document constants and defines ? 

i tried by putting in 

/**

 This section kReachabilityChangedNotification.

 */

#define kReachabilityChangedNotification @"kReachabilityChangedNotification"

But it doesn't give any sort of documentation.
