The quick start example of appjs on github can't run on some computer, why?

Hello, everyone. I test the quick start example of appjs on https://github.com/appjs/appjs/ .  It success running on most computer, but failed on some computer, and I run it in the command prompt, the error as follows

the error occurs on win7 64bit, but on other win7 64bit system, it runs successfully, i don't know wy

even i am getting same problem in my system.... earlier it was working on same system...but now its stopped working ..... i dont know why
