Data transfer limit

The new pricing page says "All plans include: 50 GB data transfer limit".  Can you pay to go over that limit?  If so, what does it cost to go over?

Thanks Lucas.  Really excited about AppFog.  One more question: I've noticed that if I sign up for the $100/month plan that I get "Unlimited services with a 2GB database limit".  Can I pay to increase only this database limit?  My database is about 80GB, so paying even for the 32GB plan wouldn't work for me, unless I can increase the DB size.
