Play streaming too slow

Hi,
i made a simply app for my radio.
My stream is mp3 96kb/s.
When i tap on play button, streaming audio play after 20/30 seconds. Many people after 10 seconds think that app don't work.
Someone has same trick or tip to resolve this?
