La aplicación me la a rechazado Glogle play console .
La e creado con el appinventor .
No entiendo por que ?
las subo por si alguien quiere mirar el motivo .
La e escaneado con virus total ..
no entiendo , Tengo una cuenta en Google play console y e subido otras aplicaciones sin problema ..

This occasionally happens with apps built with App Inventor because they request a number of permissions and often are falsely flagged. In this case, PUP stands for "potentially unwanted program," and doesn't necessarily imply that the app is malware. Note that the other virus checkers all come back negative. Unfortunately, we have no recourse to get these virus checkers to be more robust w.r.t. App Inventor built apps.
