A problem when packaging the project to download to my computer

A problem occur in packaging the project . the  packaging processing bar is stop 75% and never go on .....

I check the log 

log in Building Service show ：

log in App Inventor Service show ：

   com.google.appinventor.server.IdMap get

   信息: IdMap.get called for te...@gmail.com but no valid map exists.  ( What is IdMap)

   com.google.appinventor.server.project.youngandroid.YoungAndroidProjectService updateCurrentProgress//OK[-1,3,0,2,1,["com.google.appinventor.shared.rpc.RpcResult/2898401967","","75"],0,7]

Problem: Is packaging the project need for a real address for account? And do I forget some important setting for which for  packaging the project and lauching service

When I run App Inventor Service  the log show : com.google.appinventor.server.IdMap <init>严重: No fixid list found.

This is reason why I can’t  packaging the project  ?

Maybe there is another reason for this problem. Also the VM memory problem....

I check the log again :
