create new componet

Hi friend I need help. I want to create a new component

I do not know how to convert a java code to an appinventor code

the component are:

/* Get the CDMA Ec/Io value in dB*10  */
int  getCdmaEcio() 

/* Get the EVDO Ec/Io value in dB*10  */
int  getEvdoEcio()
