How to fix problem blocking search engine

Hello, anyone who can help me please! my block doesn't work. The design is about creating search engine. Block really has completed but it doesn't work because when I tried to type a word in the textbox. The daya can't be found, there is the word " no result" instead of it. Why? please help me!.
