May I know what has been patched for GWT 2.8.1 library? Can it be safely upgraded to the latest version?

There are a couple places where the GWT compiler doesn't correctly parse regular expression literals produced by the Google Closure Compiler that compiles the Blockly sources that we patched. It also includes a backport for the positioning fix in 2.8.2 due to a bug that was caused by the removal of some properties in Chrome 61.
