Hi Lorinda and All,I ve just seen this thread and is quite funny (or not) but I was pinging some people to make an APIdays slack channel for the community of our 7 yearly conferences you know well.I think we could make something really open and wider at global worldwide and required skill or topic level for all API discussions.(May be it will become too chatty at some point but we will see)The problem after that will be how to handle and "sponsor " a group of hundreds of participants for moderation , and for paying the thousands of $ of slack fees.May be a google group is not so bad at all ;)
Let 's talk ,
Hi all,--Just in case people want an alternative channel for discussions, I've also set up a Slack group for people who want to chat in that kind of forum. I also poked around meetup.com and added channels for each of the Regional API Craft groups I saw in there. That way if you wanted to have discussions about your own regional agendas, happenings, topics, etc, you could do that. There are also #general and #random channels for non-localized discussions. AND, finally, feel free to add whatever channels you want.Have fun!Lorinda
