2 APE binaries binding to the same IP???

Hi,

When I run 2 instances of the same APE binary on the same machine with the same bind (80), I get an error the second time. I am told that it cannot bind. This is expected.

However, when I run 2 different APE binaries (one production, one staging) that have the same config, then I don't get an error. The bind can be done. Is that normal??? I thought it was not possible for 2 programs to listen to the same port????
