Computing binding desolvation energies

Dear all!

Does anybody have files from this tutorial or does anybody understand, how to ask the author for them?

I tried to reproduce results and failed. Energies calculated by me are far from author's ones. 

I'll be very grateful if somebody shares files with me. If it is possible and legal, of course.
