Some small antlr questions, plus tiny bugfix on TJParr's blog

Hi all,
am about to start using antlr 4 for parsing various sqls. Done flex/bison and a handwritten one before so this shouldn't be too hard (FLW).

Anyway,

1 - I've read the antlr book but it was the first ed. Is there any info in the 2nd ed that would make it worth getting?

2 - Can't see TJParr's email so will mention it here, getting started <https://theantlrguy.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ANTLR4/Getting+Started+with+ANTLR+v4> for Window downloads antlr 4.2 when you click on it, even though it says 4.5, and 4.5.1 is out.
