What's the different between only use Angular and use MEAN Stack?

Angular is in real only front end platform but it has no database. Some apps need the use of database or some kind of data storing and for that you can use NodeJS and Mongo DB. Angular + Node + Mongo are MEAN stack.
To put it more into name, M -Mongo, E-Express, A-Angular, N-Node.

 I think Angular is one of the mean stack.

Mean stack is the combination of Angular and Node js,Ex[press js,Mongodb
