Can SPA be made accessible using just ARIA

Hi All,

I am an ADA analyst - Americans with Disabilities Act who analyzes application using various assistive technologies and check if they can be used by disabled people like Visually Impaired, Motor disability etc.

As a part of my Job, I encountered with SPA developed by Angular JS, to make SPA's accessible 'ng-ARIA' module will be installed which makes applications accessible.

Is there any way other than using 'ng-ARIA' to make SPA's accessible like just using native elements and ARIA.

Please help.
