Hi Narender,

That is up to you. Don't waste money on so-called certificates. There is no added value in there. There is none that is accepted by any employer/client. Also, there is no "official" angular certificate. The Angular team does not endorse any.

Yes Narender its not compulsory for you to learn angular 1 before learning angular 2. you just go to youtube and search angular 4 tutorials and go with that. they will give you enough knowledge for building basic level application. cli.angular.io is the site from where you can learn how to create new project and its relevant stuff.
