resuming from sleep problem on asus t300 chi

Hello, I just got an Asus T300 Chi and am running Android 4.4 r3 from usb for the moment and it is having problems resuming from standby also T300chi has a strange behaviour when putting it to sleep and the i can say the same thing about windows it goes probably to S3 state then it is simply waking up after that on andoid lock screen appears nothing bad then every app crashes.

I wish to provide more data but if someone can give me some direction on how to get logs would be great.

It seems that when i install it on ssd there an no crashes anymore on resume but there is still a problem with resuming automatically but i guess it is a hardware problem.
