Android 6.0 hang at my Baytrail Atom Processor

Hello,

my problem with Android 6.0 is, the system hang after restart at the "Android loading screen" with Postcode FF (sometimes hang on PC 02.. after a view restarts the system works without problems... can someone help me please??

update:

this problem shown after every Coldstart (shutdown the system and switch of all power)
after hang up and restart the system works...
