kitkat r3 won´t start

Hi,
I'm trying to install latest kitkat release into my hard drive.
Live works great from usb, but when trying to boot a fresh new install from HD the screen gets stuck on android logo.
Taking a look at logcat I see a NullPointer in WindowManager (FATAL ERROR). And then into an infinite loop.
Sorry, I don´t have the full output here. Any clue?.
