Hello! :)

I've recently been trying to set up Android-x86 on my Toshiba Encore 2 (WT8-A64) tablet, equipped with Intel Atom Z3740 (Bay Trail).
Here are the full specs:

I tried a couple of different releases, currently on 4.4-r5, and I always seem to be facing the same strange issue. The tablet only displays image on an external display connected via microHDMI port.

Honestly, to me it looks like it just sets a resolution unsupported by the internal display, because the system boots as usual, I can see all the text messages, and then when it's about to go to the graphical mode, the screen flashes, and goes black, with backlight on. The hardware buttons start responding, so it clearly looks like the system booted correctly, it's just the display that can't handle the resolution.

Just to be sure, I checked /sys/class/drm for available ports, and found out the following:
* HDMI-A-1 (the external microHDMI port)
* DSI-1 (the internal touchscreen display, most probably)
* DP-1 (no idea, honestly; the tablet doesn't have any more physical ports, and when I try to force-use it, both the internal and external displays just turn off)

So, since DSI-1 seems to be my internal display, I've added the following to the kernel boot parameters:
video=HDMI-A-1:d video=DP-1:d video=DSI-1:e

And the problem persists. When I edit the above so that only the HDMI port is enabled, the system works just fine(on the external display, that is).

*How would I go about changing/forcing a different resolution?* I tried adding kernel parameters such as vga=XXX, xforcevesa, video=uvesa UVESA_MODE=800x1280, but to no avail.

I'm fiddling with the init.sh file now, any suggestions that you might have are very welcome.
