microphone problem on Asus T300Chi

Android 4.4 r3  i've tried recording with the microphone and it records noise and heavily distorted sounds i've also tried with microphone from the jack but it seems that it uses the incorporated microphone.

testing on the new Android 6.0 r1 and now when using microphone the app that uses it crashes then sound doesn't work at all. I've been trying to understand how alsa work :D but no success any help here ?
