Hi

I am currently trying to port our custom ROM https://omnirom.org/ to a rpi4
using https://github.com/android-rpi - I am starting with 9.0 but will switch then to 10
(or straight to 11 if its out until then)

The basic setup is done but using swiftshader is obviously not feasable in the long run
So my main problem is currently the instability of v3d

[  114.543201] v3d fec00000.v3d: [drm:v3d_reset] *ERROR* Resetting GPU for hang.
[  114.550459] v3d fec00000.v3d: [drm:v3d_reset] *ERROR* V3D_ERR_STAT: 0x00001000

Its actually pretty impossibly to use since graphics subsystem restarts very often
with the error above

I can provide detailed logcats and kernel logs if required - for now this is the stacktrace that leads to this

[  114.664834] [<c07eb4f0>] (drm_sched_resubmit_jobs) from [<c07f2924>] (v3d_gpu_reset_for_timeout+0x78/0xa4)
[  114.685152] [<c07f28ac>] (v3d_gpu_reset_for_timeout) from [<c07f2a10>] (v3d_render_job_timedout+0x5c/0x60)
[  114.702812] [<c07f29b4>] (v3d_render_job_timedout) from [<c07eb6d8>] (drm_sched_job_timedout+0x44/0xc0)
[  114.712349] [<c07eb694>] (drm_sched_job_timedout) from [<c0247674>] (process_one_work+0x170/0x514)
...

Any pointers or hints where I can start to dig into would be very helpful

Regards

Max
