[BUILD] android-rpi's build, lineage os and AOSP

Hello. I've been building the image, for those who do not have a beefy laptop for build.
With the help of my friend @RaspberryPiFan

With some minor modifications here: https://github.com/hkoosha/lineage_device_arpi_rpi4
It's not a TV device anymore and has status bar and navbar, that's it. We're planning to release a 64bit build but it's more unstable.
Also an oem_lock service is missing so developers menu is not accessible and it crashes.
