Why there are two same recovery binaries /system/bin/recovery and /recovery/sbin/recovery

Hi Everyone,

I know what is the purpose of /recovery/sbin/recovery binary.

But where I am confused is that what is the purpose of having exactly same recovery binary in /system/bin/recovery also.
