How to port android kernel ?

Hi,

I have embedded Linux board with BSP support. I want to know that how to create patch of Androd kernel 3.4 so that I can apply that on existing Linux Kernel.
Also what changes I need to do with bootloader.

Any help / advice will be appreciated.
