How to keep the Display from going to sleep on Android KK

Hello All,

Currently we are running AOSP Kitkat v4.4.4 r2 on our custom ARM board. We have requirement to disable power management (Display Timing out) as the default settings for Display->Sleep doesnt seem to be functional. Every time the display shuts after 10 mins and there is no way to disable this from the UI.

Any pointers on how to achieve this will be helpful.
