anonymous binder thread priority

Hi, All

For the Android binder priority, it is said as "The thread priority propagation is just...  well, to have the thread executing the IPC to run at the same priority as the thread sending it." in link: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/android-porting/fKjlboaJrnY

But I think such saying did't work on anonymous binder communication. From my check, anonymous binder thread priority is always 0. Then I want to know if there is any way to increase anonymous binder thread priority?
