How to debug BatteryService with USB?

I'm quite sure there's something wrong with calculating the battery remain time. But if I use USB debugging, the BatteryService will not perform the remain time logic, makes me no choice but using WIFI debug. WIFI debug is extremely slow and unstable when set break point and debugging step by step.

So is there anyway that I can debug BatteryService with USB?
