as we know, lots of Google services can NOT be access via China mainland.

I don't think any insider can step out and answer your question explicitly here. 

Even google does set up accessible servers for you, what about other developing websites? 

there're two ways:

i) crash the GFW, or change their mind and ask them shutdown.

ii)you should learn how to set up VPN or ssh-tunnel things if you're weak.
