As subject, how to configure the default settings of the phone settings as the
following, thanks.

More > Cellular network setting>Data roaming - off
More > Cellular network setting>Enhanced 4G LTE Mode - off
Display > Sleep - 5minutes --> Solved : We can modify setting value in \linux\frameworks\base\packages\SettingsProvider\res\values\defaults.xml
Display > Press power button twice for.. - Off
Display > Ambient display - off
Location - off
Language & input > Language > 日本語
